Open the full-screen terminal UI (also what bare tally opens): mission control for your agent fleet.
Home is your AGENTS + the operator-blind WATCH (liveness derived purely from last-activity recency, client-side, no backend, no-fake-alive). Enter opens an agent’s page: its identity, session HISTORY, memory, and character (decrypted locally from YOUR OWN log with YOUR OWN seed via the same route as session show; strictly read-only, the relay is never touched). c/s launch continue/start with your last-used harness+model preselected (Enter launches; h/m change them); : opens the command palette (:new :backup :doctor :adapters :push :pull :verify :config). Model choices come only from the verified known-good combos. Keyboard + mouse; ? for help, q to quit.
