tally start

Create/spin up a FRESH agent under a chosen harness + model.

Creates the agent’s identity if absent (the normal signin→seed path) and launches the harness on a new session under the model. Same both-surfaces and combo validation as continue. --print-cmd prints the command. On exit the fresh session is captured as the agent’s FIRST portable context (--no-capture skips it).

Usage

tally start <AGENT> [REST]...

Arguments

<AGENT>: The agent to create/start (its durable identity)
[REST]...: Harness + model (canonical --harness/--model or sugar), --cwd, --print-cmd, --no-capture, --no-reflect
